DC Universe Online

  • Description:

    On DC Universe Online I worked as the Outsource Manager as part of the SOE Austin studio. I built and managed the outsource department in Austin as well as a large network of vendors to supply assets for DCUO, Star Wars Galaxies and several other development teams at other SOE studios. We also managed a large scale insourcing effort between our Austin, Seattle, and San Diego offices. My team and I along with the help of many talented outsource partners supplied buildings, vehicles, character models, character animations, weapons, and even full levels to development teams across SOE.
